Light-bending polymer cube

SensiTile S90 is a light-bending polymer cube that acts as a 90-degree mirror, transferring images of adjacent objects precisely across surfaces. A matrix of carefully placed, rectangular acrylic light pipes, S90 produces a corresponding image in a “pixelated” version in which the thickness of the pipes determines the visual resolution. S90 is offered as a standard 6-inch (15.2 centimeter) cube and is being developed for use as a building module or infrastructural unit, such as a safety-enhancing street curb.
