Bio-based structural insulated panel

Agriboard is an insulated building panel comprised of compressed agricultural fibers, oriented strand board, and engineered lumber caps. Its principal product is AgriCore, which consists of a rapidly renewable, bio-based, sustainable and readily-recyclable resource. Since no adhesives are added to the panels, there are no unwanted odors or emissions.

Agriboard panels are 3-1/2 inches thick, 4 feet wide, and may be fabricated up to 24 feet in length. The panels offer a dynamic insulation value in excess of R-25, and may be easily machined to match design requirements. Agriboard panels are also fungi and pest-resistant because they hold no nutritional value.
