Iconic Panels

One of the major outcomes of computer-driven fabrication technology is a renewed interest in ornament and pattern making. Products like Iconic Panels, which are carved relief panels that are typically seen at room-encompassing scales, are part ornament, part environmental graphics, and part basic building blocks.

Developed by B&N Industries, Iconic Panels consist of formed laminate over a carved mediumdensity fiberboard (MDF) core in a variety of patterns. The panels can be sawn, nailed, screwed, glued, or simply mounted on walls with special panel cleats. Iconic Panels are available in eleven patterns and eleven colors and can be outfitted with a variety of manufacturer-provided shelving and accessory hardware.
