Cast metal vertical wall surfacing

Gagecast is a cast metal surfacing appropriate for vertical applications consisting of metal patterns that feature high luster, pattern depth, durability, and cost effective installation. Gagecast is composed of metal particles dispersed throughout the casting rather than an applied topical application. Gagecast’s patented process allows the casting to be manufactured with a choice of installer-friendly substrates and three distinct installation systems (Adhesive, Z-Bar, and Extrusion), thereby providing the specifier versatility for the intended application. Certain designs are either applicable or can be adapted to satisfy the thickness requirement for elevator doors. Gagecast offers twenty-five standard designs, and custom designs are welcomed. All designs can be specified in a number of single metal finishes; however, most designs can also be specified in a combination of two finishes. Standard panel size is 48″ x 96″ (122 cm x 244 cm). Factory cut panels to match field dimensions and/or shop drawings are available. Gagecast is typically protected by a durable clear topcoat to prevent oxidation, and it is also available uncoated to promote a natural patina. Black (BP) and Verdi Gris (VG) patinas are also available options.
